My Pro Coach is the triathlon coaching company of Phil Mosley. It was started in 2010 and offers triathlon training plans, coaching and free advice via a monthly training tips blog.
My Pro Coach online triathlon coaching is based in Perth, Western Australia and caters for amateur and professional triathletes all over the world.
Phil Mosley (41) is a professional triathlon coach, magazine writer, amateur triathlete, husband and Dad to a 2-year old daughter.
"I have 20 years experience of helping age group athletes surpass their goals, while still making sure they have quality time available for family, friends and career. As an athlete and a parent I certainly know how challenging this can be."
Phil is the Coaching Editor of Triathlon Plus Magazine in the UK and has written hundreds of expert features for titles such as Runners World, TrainingPeaks.com, Ironman.com, Cycling Weekly and Triathletes World.
He holds an Honours Degree in Sports Science and is an Ironman Certified Coach.
As an amateur athlete Phil is an 8 hour 55 minute Ironman finisher, a top-ten Ironman 70.3 finisher and a multiple National Age Group Champion at triathlon and duathlon.
1 to 1 Coaching
An opportunity to be mentored and coached by Phil Mosley on an ongoing basis. He will set you a personalised training plan, contact you regularly and mentor you along the path to surpassing your fitness targets.
Phil's coaching method is remote based with regular communication via email, phone and Skype. He uses Training Peaks to plan, track and analyse your training.
Phil coaches a maximum of 10 athletes at any one time, to ensure he gives maximal focus on each person.

For the self-coached athlete Phil has designed over 80 beginner, intermediate and advanced triathlon and duathlon training plans, which are available to buy via the Training Peaks store.

Phil's training plans cater for novice, intermediate and advanced athletes. They include duathlon, sprint triathlon, Olympic triathlon, half Ironman and Ironman triathlon training programmes. Training plans range from 4 to 24 weeks in duration.
