As an amateur athlete and a parent I know how challenging it can be to train effectively for events such as triathlons, duathlons, cycle time-trials and marathons.
I have 20 years experience of helping age group athletes surpass their goals, while still making sure they have quality time available for family, friends and career.
My training plans are intelligently designed around a typical work week. I set proven, time-efficient higher intensity workouts in mid-week with longer aerobic workouts at the weekends.
I build regular recovery and constant progression into my training schedules, so that my athletes achieve consistency and gradual improvement. There are no shortcuts and it's a process.
My results as an athlete and the positive testimonials I get from my coaching clients demonstrate that it is possible to lead a balanced lifestyle and still exceed your athletic goals.
