Simply sign up to a package below with our highly-rated coach support team and enjoy the benefits!

For the duration of your package, we will be happy to answer up to 10 emails per 3-month block to give you complete peace of mind. For example, this could include:

  • Advice for how you can make scheduling changes to your plan.
  • View screenshots if you need input for a specific workout.
  • Advise how to schedule and adjust for lead-up races.
  • How to manage injury/illness.
  • Set up your training thresholds and zones.
  • Answer any other questions that relate to your training and plan.

As part of this offer we are unable to link our coach account to your athlete account and therefore we cannot:

  • Make changes or personalise your plan.
  • View or offer analysis of your training.
Upon subscribing, you will be automatically given a MyProCoach™ account and a random password will be emailed to you, along with a link to login (myprocoach.net/my-account). Here, you can easily make changes to your subscription such as changing your payment method, turning “auto-renew” off or cancelling it altogether. We also offer a 7-day ‘grace period’ after each renewal payment, where you can cancel it for a full refund (in case it was a mistake).

Please confirm your cancellation below and one of our team will process it as soon as possible (stopping all future payments). Your subscription will still continue until the end of your current billing cycle (your “next payment date”) and there is nothing else you need to do.

Don’t worry, you will always be able to access your completed workouts and your TrainingPeaks login credentials will stay the same. Also, if any payments happen to come out before we cancel your subscription, we’ll simply refund them.
