Thank you for choosing Phil’s Training Plan. We are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential as an athlete. We promise to provide quality training plans, expert coaching support, and a community of like-minded individuals who strive for excellence.

What You Get When You Purchase a Plan

  • Email coach support for expert guidance at your fingertips.
  • Access to your training plan on the TrainingPeaks platform. You can easily follow your plan using TrainingPeaks Free Basic or opt to upgrade to Premium for greater data insight and functionality.
  • Your plan can be reused for future races and goals at no additional cost.
  • Flexible 14-day swap policy if the initial plan level doesn’t feel right.

Email Coach Support

As a MyProCoach athlete, you have access to our certified coaches via email for the entire duration of your plan, starting from the purchase date. Additionally, you’ll receive an extra three months of support after your plan concludes.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. Our goal is to offer an affordable and effective training solution, not just a plan.

For example, our coaches are ready to offer expert guidance on:

  • Modifying your training schedule.
  • Adjusting training for preliminary (B/C) races.
  • Managing injuries and illnesses.
  • Establishing training thresholds and zones.

Certain limitations apply, and our coaches are unable to:

  • Personalise your training plan to fit individual nuances.
  • Analyse your training data for performance insights.
  • Answer questions that are unrelated to your training plan.

You’re welcome to use any MyProCoach training plan for your own personal needs. However, the training plans, workouts and content are subject to international copyright laws. This means that unless you have written permission, you cannot share, copy, or distribute our workouts, content, and training plans with others. They are for your personal use only.

Limitation of Liability

MyProCoach, Phil Mosley, and all our coaches (collectively, “MyProCoach”) are not liable for any information you receive through our training plans and services. We will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our training plans or email support, including lost profits, personal injuries, or any other issues. These plans are for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you should seek a local, one-on-one coach instead.

Links and references in our training plans to other businesses, information, opinions, or products do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by us. We are not responsible for the content of any external sites referenced.

Medical Disclaimer

Planning Your Off-Season

You can start our Off-Season (Fitness Maintenance) plans anytime you like.

They’re designed to help you maintain a good level of fitness when you’re not specifically targeting an event, such as, during the off-season, or anytime you’re taking a break from racing.

Planning For Your Event

For the best outcome, input the date for your “A” target race and the tool will default to a plan that will fill that gap nicely. If you want, you can then adjust the plan length to start it on a different day.

Note that you can still work in other, smaller races during your plan too!

The longer plans start easier and progress more gradually. This has a bearing on the difficulty level you choose. For example, a 12-week plan starts off at a higher level than a 36-week plan because with 12 weeks left there’s not as much opportunity to build up slowly.

Please confirm your cancellation below and one of our team will process it as soon as possible (stopping all future payments). Your subscription will still continue until the end of your current billing cycle (your “next payment date”) and there is nothing else you need to do.

Don’t worry, you will always be able to access your completed workouts and your TrainingPeaks login credentials will stay the same. Also, if any payments happen to come out before we cancel your subscription, we’ll simply refund them.
