Welcome as an Unlimited Athlete. By subscribing, you can request any of Phil’s training plans with comprehensive coach support.

Commitment to Your Success

We are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential as an athlete. We promise to provide quality training plans, expert coaching support, and a community of like-minded individuals who strive for excellence.

By subscribing to Unlimited Athlete, you agree to:

  • Link to Our Coaching Account: Subscribers must connect their TrainingPeaks account to our coaching account to access training plans.
  • Request New Plans: Request new training plans as needed according to your fitness, goals and training opportunities.
  • Reach Out for Support: Contact our coaches whenever you need guidance or assistance with your training.

Email Coach Support

By subscribing as an Unlimited Athlete, you are entitled to email support, ensuring you receive guidance and answers to your training-related questions.

Coach support is athlete-led, and we will assume everything is going well unless we hear from you. We respond within 24 hours (or within 48 hours during weekends). Aside from replying to your emails, our coaches will only email you:

  • With initial support to help you get started
  • For support to set up your personalized training zones
  • To check-in, if you have not been training.

We want to give you an affordable and effective training solution rather than leave you alone with your training. Some limitations apply:

  • We do not personalise your training plan to fit individual nuances.
  • We do not analyse your training data for performance insights.
  • We do not answer questions that are unrelated to your training plan.

Your Obligations

You’re welcome to use any MyProCoach training plan for your own personal needs. However, the training plans, workouts and content are subject to international copyright laws. This means that unless you have written permission, you cannot share, copy, or distribute our workouts, content, and training plans with others. They are for your personal use only.

  • Subscribers cannot link their own coach as a shared coach whilst linked to our coaching account.

Subscription Terms

By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a valid payment method to subscribe to our services.
  • The subscription fee is non-refundable (after the 30-day money-back period).
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime, but no refunds will be given for the current billing cycle.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.


We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if you fail to comply with our terms and conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be given for the current billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

By subscribing, you acknowledge that Unlimited Athlete and Phil are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur while following the training plans. It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional before starting any new exercise program.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent. We may use your information for internal purposes such as improving our services and communicating with you about updates or promotions.

Planning Your Off-Season

You can start our Off-Season (Fitness Maintenance) plans anytime you like.

They’re designed to help you maintain a good level of fitness when you’re not specifically targeting an event, such as, during the off-season, or anytime you’re taking a break from racing.

Planning For Your Event

For the best outcome, input the date for your “A” target race and the tool will default to a plan that will fill that gap nicely. If you want, you can then adjust the plan length to start it on a different day.

Note that you can still work in other, smaller races during your plan too!

The longer plans start easier and progress more gradually. This has a bearing on the difficulty level you choose. For example, a 12-week plan starts off at a higher level than a 36-week plan because with 12 weeks left there’s not as much opportunity to build up slowly.

Please confirm your cancellation below and one of our team will process it as soon as possible (stopping all future payments). Your subscription will still continue until the end of your current billing cycle (your “next payment date”) and there is nothing else you need to do.

Don’t worry, you will always be able to access your completed workouts and your TrainingPeaks login credentials will stay the same. Also, if any payments happen to come out before we cancel your subscription, we’ll simply refund them.
