Your coach will help you create your own personal training zones, so you always train at the right level. And then, once you’re all set-up, we’ll leave you to focus on your training – you just contact your coach whenever you need advice. And if we see you’ve not logged any training for 2-weeks, we’ll reach out to offer help anyway!

If you’re a beginner, we recommend that you can already manage 30 minutes of non-stop cycling or 15 minutes of jogging. To train for a triathlon, we recommend you can already swim at least 600 yards or meters in the pool.

From the moment you sign up, we’ll give you access to our easy-to-use dashboard. From there, you can preview and request any of our 900 structured training plans, whenever you like. And if you need extra help getting started, just contact us for a rapid response.

We use TrainingPeaks, which is the world’s number one athlete-coach platform. It’s an online training calendar with lots of motivational features to help you track your progress. We’ll help you get all set up!

Then you can view your training calendar on your PC, tablet or phone. And it syncs to 100+ popular apps and devices, such as Garmin Connect, Zwift and Apple Watch. So you can easily follow your workouts on your devices, as you train.

No problem! You can either choose a different training plan from your dashboard. Or just ask your coach and they’ll help you choose the best plan for your needs.

All the workouts are designed for people with busy lives, who want to train around a typical work-week. There are shorter, time-efficient workouts in mid-week, and any longer workouts are usually at weekends.

If you choose the Premium subscription, you can easily drag and drop your workouts around your calendar to suit your ever-changing availability. And if you need advice about what to do when life gets in the way, just ask your coach for help.

Planning Your Off-Season

You can start our Off-Season (Fitness Maintenance) plans anytime you like.

They’re designed to help you maintain a good level of fitness when you’re not specifically targeting an event, such as, during the off-season, or anytime you’re taking a break from racing.

Planning For Your Event

For the best outcome, input the date for your “A” target race and the tool will default to a plan that will fill that gap nicely. If you want, you can then adjust the plan length to start it on a different day.

Note that you can still work in other, smaller races during your plan too!

The longer plans start easier and progress more gradually. This has a bearing on the difficulty level you choose. For example, a 12-week plan starts off at a higher level than a 36-week plan because with 12 weeks left there’s not as much opportunity to build up slowly.
